Zapier links apps without code. With this integration, an event in Risponse can start a “Zap” that does something in another app.

What you can do

Risponse events can start a Zap. Examples of events you may be able to use:
  • A new chat is created.
  • A message arrives, changes, or is deleted.
  • A reaction is added.
  • A ticket is created, updated, or deleted.

Example

A new ticket is created in Risponse. Your Zap adds a row to a project board and posts a note in your team chat app.

Connect Risponse to Zapier

1

Get an API key

In Risponse, open the Zapier integration page and create a key. Copy it and keep it safe.
2

Create a Zap

In Zapier, start a new Zap and choose Risponse as the trigger app.
3

Choose an event

Pick the Risponse event that should start the Zap.
4

Connect your account

When asked, paste your API key to link Zapier with Risponse.
5

Test the trigger

Run a test. Zapier pulls a sample so you can see the available details.
6

Add your action and publish

Choose what should happen in the other app, test it, and turn the Zap on.
Treat your API key like a password. Anyone with it can read your Risponse data through Zapier. If it leaks, replace it.
Not sure which tool to use? Use workflows for actions inside Risponse. Use Zapier when you need to reach other apps.
