Ticket metrics show whether your team is keeping up. You see what is open, what is solved, and how fast.

Open the dashboard

Go to Analytics and open Ticket metrics.

Read the dashboard

The page has three parts.
See tickets in progress, unresolved, resolved, and unassigned, plus the average time to resolve. A growing unresolved count means a backlog. Many unassigned tickets mean nobody owns the work.
Compare tickets created, closed, and still open over time. If more tickets arrive than close, your backlog is growing.
See each team member’s tickets, average resolution time, and how old their open tickets are. Use it to balance work and find stuck tickets.

Narrow the view

1

Pick a date range

Choose a preset like the last week or month, or set your own dates.
2

Add filters

Filter by label, priority, status, assignee, or urgency.
3

Match all or any

Choose whether a ticket must match every filter or just one.

Export the numbers

To get ticket data into a spreadsheet, use data exports and choose tickets. Filter by status or priority first. See export and analyze your data and data exports.
Check the dashboard at the same time each week. Small changes are easier to spot when you look regularly.
