Your Risponse workspace is the home for your team’s WhatsApp conversations. You create it once, then add numbers and team members.

How it works

The first person to sign up creates the workspace and becomes its admin. Admins can invite others and decide what each person can see.

Sign in with your email

Go to the Risponse sign-up page and enter your work email. If you get a one-time code, enter it to continue. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Name your workspace

Enter your company or team name. This is what your teammates will see when they join.

Add a contact number

Enter a phone number where the Risponse team can reach you. This is only for contact. It is not a WhatsApp number that Risponse manages.

Connect your first number

When setup finishes, you are ready to link a WhatsApp number. Follow Connect WhatsApp.
Use a work email that several people can reach if possible. It makes account recovery easier later.

What to do next

A good first day looks like this:
  1. Connect one WhatsApp number.
  2. Invite two or three teammates.
  3. Create a few labels to sort chats.
  4. Save your most common answers as quick replies.
