A brand-new number has no history. If it suddenly sends lots of messages, WhatsApp may get suspicious. Warming up means using the number like a real person for a few days first.

How it works

You slowly add activity until the number looks natural. Plan on roughly one to two weeks. A longer warm-up is safer.
This matters most for new numbers, including eSIM numbers. Old numbers with real chat history need much less.

A simple plan

1

Days 1 to 3: set up

Install WhatsApp on the phone and finish the profile with a name and photo. Save a few dozen contacts. Chat with people you know and ask them to reply. Do not connect the number to Risponse yet.
2

Days 3 to 5: light chatting

Talk to a handful of friendly contacts each day. Mix text, photos, and voice notes. Aim for real back-and-forth.
3

Days 5 to 8: widen out

Start a few new conversations daily, always with people who are saved as contacts. Join a group or two. Reply to everything that comes in.
4

Days 8 to 10: build the habit

Keep a steady rhythm. Post a status update. Vary your messages and keep volume rising gently.
5

Go live

If you saw no warnings, connect the number to Risponse and begin normal work. Keep volume modest at first.

Do and don’t

  • Do reply fast and keep conversations going both ways.
  • Do spread messages across the day.
  • Do save contacts before you message them.
  • Don’t send many messages to people who never answer.
  • Don’t jump from zero to bulk sending.
Test with a small group first. If everything stays smooth, scale up in small steps.
