Your team answers good questions every day. Self-training turns those answers into draft entries for your knowledge base, so the agent improves over time.

How it works

On a regular schedule, the AI reads recent chats that your team marked as resolved. It finds questions and the answers your people gave, then writes draft FAQs from them. You choose what happens to each draft:
  • Wait for approval. Drafts stay inactive until you review them.
  • Activate automatically. Drafts go live right away.
We suggest approval at first.

Turn it on

1

Open self-training

Go to the AI section and choose Self-Training.
2

Switch it on

Use the toggle to enable scheduled learning.
3

Pick approval or automatic

Decide whether drafts need your approval before the agent uses them.
4

Save

The next scheduled run will include your settings.

Review drafts

1

Open the knowledge base

Look for the tab or filter that shows learned entries.
2

Read each draft

Check that it is correct, current, and safe to share.
3

Activate, edit, or leave it off

Fix anything wrong before you activate it.

Run it now

You can also start a training run yourself for a chosen period, instead of waiting for the schedule. This is available only while self-training is on. You can check each run’s status and how many FAQs it found.
AI can misread a chat and learn something wrong, like a discount that has ended. Review drafts before they reach customers, and check the list now and then.
