Long chats take time to read. AI can sum them up for you and write a first draft of your reply.

What you can do

  • Ask for a short summary of a conversation or of a time period.
  • Ask for a reply that does a specific job, such as confirming a delivery date.
  • Ask questions about the chat, such as “What did the customer ask for?”
AI reads the messages in the chat you have open. It does not look at other chats.

Summarize a chat

1

Open a chat

Pick any conversation in your inbox.
2

Open the AI panel

Look for the AI tab in the side panel next to the chat.
3

Type your request

For example: “Summarize the last 7 days in three bullet points.”
4

Read the result

The summary appears in the panel. Copy it into a private note or a ticket if you want to keep it.

Draft a reply

1

Describe the reply you want

In the same AI panel, say what the message should do. For example: “Apologize for the delay and offer to resend the invoice.”
2

Review the draft

Check names, dates, amounts, and tone.
3

Send it yourself

Edit the draft if needed, then send it like any other message.
AI can make mistakes. It may misread a message or invent a detail. Always read a draft before you send it, especially anything about money, dates, or promises.
Give AI the details it cannot know, like the real refund amount or the new delivery date. The more you include, the better the draft.
