The Google Sheets integration copies activity from Risponse into a spreadsheet as it happens. You can build reports without exporting anything by hand.

What you can send

You choose the events for each sheet.
  • Chats. A new conversation starts.
  • Messages. New, edited, or deleted messages, and changes to delivery status.
  • Reactions. Emoji reactions on messages.
  • Tickets. Tickets that are created, updated, or deleted.

Example

You keep a sheet called “Support tickets”. Each time a ticket changes, a row updates. Your manager uses a chart on that sheet to see open tickets by day.

Connect Google Sheets

1

Open integrations

In Risponse, find the Google Sheets integration.
2

Connect your Google account

Click connect, sign in to Google, and allow access.
3

Add a sheet

Paste the link of your spreadsheet. It must belong to the Google account you just connected.
4

Pick events and start

Choose what to send, then start syncing.

If data stops arriving

  • Check that the connection is still active.
  • Make sure the Google account still has access to the sheet.
  • If you removed Risponse from your Google account settings, connect again.
Use one sheet per topic, such as one for tickets and one for messages. It keeps formulas and charts simple.
Anyone with access to the sheet can read the data. Message content may include personal details, so share the sheet carefully.
