A bulk message lets you send the same update to many contacts and groups in one go. Use it for offers, reminders, or service notices.

How it works

You pick who gets the message, which of your WhatsApp numbers sends it, and when it goes out. Risponse then sends the messages one by one in the background. You can leave the page while it runs.
WhatsApp watches for spam. If many people block or report your messages, your number can be restricted or banned. Only message people who expect to hear from you, and never send to bought or scraped lists.

Send a bulk message

1

Start a new bulk message

Open Bulk messages and start a new one.
2

Choose recipients

Add existing chats, load a saved chat list, or upload a file of phone numbers for people who are not in your inbox yet.
3

Choose your sending numbers

Pick one or more connected WhatsApp numbers. Risponse warns you if a contact cannot be reached from the numbers you picked.
4

Write your message

Type your text and add files if you need them. To personalize it, see variables and templates.
5

Review and send

Preview the message, then choose to send now or pick a date and time. Add a gap between messages so they go out slowly.

Tips

  • Send a test to your own number first.
  • Start small with a new number, then build up over time.
  • Keep messages useful and short. Say who you are in the first line.
  • Add a clear way to opt out, such as “Reply STOP”.
Each message you send may use a broadcast credit. See broadcast credits.
