Do your agents type the same answers every day? Quick replies turn those answers into shortcuts anyone on the team can use.

How it works

You save a message and give it a short command that starts with a slash, such as /pricing. In any chat, type the command and the full message appears, ready to send. Quick replies are shared. Everyone in your workspace sees the same list.

Create one

1

Open quick replies

Go to your settings and open Quick Replies.
2

Add a new reply

Choose the option to create one.
3

Set the command

Pick something short and easy to remember, like /refund.
4

Write the message

Type the full text customers will receive. Save it.

Use one in a chat

  1. Open a chat.
  2. Type your command in the message box.
  3. Pick the matching suggestion.
  4. Read it, edit it if you like, and send.

Good ideas for quick replies

  • Greetings and out-of-hours notes
  • Pricing and plan details
  • Refund and return rules
  • Steps to get started
  • Links to demos or booking pages
Check your list when prices, links, or policies change. An outdated quick reply spreads the wrong answer fast.

Share the list

Tell your team which commands exist. A short internal list pinned in your team chat is enough. New hires will learn them quickly.
