Bulk messaging runs on broadcast credits. Credits are kept separate from your normal day-to-day chatting.

How credits work

  • Each bulk message sent to one chat uses one credit.
  • Your plan gives you a monthly amount of credits.
  • The monthly amount renews on your billing date.
  • Extra credits you buy are used only after the monthly credits are gone.
A message to 200 chats uses about 200 credits. Repeating messages use credits on every run.

Check your balance

Look at your plan or billing page to see how many credits are left.

Buy more credits

1

Open billing

Go to your workspace settings and open the plans area.
2

Choose top-up credits

Pick how many credits you want to add.
3

Pay

Complete the payment. The credits are added to your workspace.
Only team members with billing access can buy credits.

What if I run out?

New bulk messages may fail or stay pending until you add credits. Check your bulk message logs, top up, then retry the failed ones.
Before a large or repeating send, count your recipients and compare that to your balance.
Buying credits does not protect you from WhatsApp bans. Keep following WhatsApp’s anti-spam rules and message only people who expect it.
