Schedule a message to go out at the right time, even when nobody is online. You can send it once or repeat it.

How it works

You write a message in a chat, choose when it should be sent, and Risponse delivers it from the connected number at that time.

Schedule a one-time message

1

Write your message

Open the chat and type the message as usual. Do not send it.
2

Open scheduling

Click the clock icon next to the send button.
3

Pick a date and time

Leave the repeat option off.
4

Confirm

The message is queued.

Make it repeat

Follow the same steps, then turn on repeat and set:
  • Start: the first date and time.
  • Pattern: daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Gap: how often, such as every day or every two weeks.
  • Days: for daily messages, untick any days to skip, like weekends.
  • End date: optional. Without it, the message keeps going.

Review and change

  • Open the schedule list in a chat to see its waiting messages.
  • Choose a message to edit its time, pattern, or text, or to delete it.
  • For a view across all chats, look for scheduled message logs, where you can see delivery status and time.

Ideas

  • Appointment reminders the day before
  • Weekly order status updates
  • Monthly payment reminders
  • A follow-up two days after a quote
Send during normal waking hours and keep repeats gentle. Too many automatic messages annoy people and can lead to blocks. See best practices.
