# Zoho Desk integration

> Connect Risponse to Zoho Desk so tickets created from your WhatsApp chats also show up in your Zoho Desk help desk.

The Zoho Desk integration sends your Risponse tickets to Zoho Desk. Your support team can work from one help desk while customers keep using WhatsApp.

## What it does

When a ticket is created in Risponse, a matching ticket can appear in Zoho Desk. Your agents manage it with the tools they already know.

## Connect Zoho Desk

**1. Open the integration**

In Risponse, go to the Zoho Desk integration page. 

**2. Start the connection**

Click connect. You go to Zoho. 

**3. Approve access**

Sign in to Zoho and approve the connection. 

**4. Return to Risponse**

Once connected, new tickets can sync to Zoho Desk.

## Show Risponse details in Zoho Desk

Extra Risponse details, such as custom properties, may not appear in Zoho Desk right away. To show them, open your Zoho Desk layout settings and add the fields you want to the ticket page.

## Example

A customer writes about a billing mistake. Your agent creates a ticket in Risponse. The ticket also appears in Zoho Desk, where the billing team handles it.

## Disconnect

You can remove the integration from its page in Risponse. You may be able to choose whether to keep or delete the synced data.

> Disconnecting stops new tickets from syncing. Check your team's process before you do it.

>
> Create a test ticket after connecting. Confirm it shows up in Zoho Desk as you expect.
