# Repeating bulk messages

> Set up a bulk WhatsApp message that sends again on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Learn how to create, pause, edit, and delete a repeating series.

A repeating bulk message sends the same broadcast again and again on a schedule. Write it once, and Risponse does the rest.

## When to use it

* Weekly reminders to a group of customers
* Monthly payment or renewal notices
* A daily tip or update for a community

> [!WARNING]
>
> Repeating messages can feel like spam fast. WhatsApp may restrict numbers that people block or report. Only repeat messages to people who agreed to get them, and keep the gap sensible.

## Create a repeating message

**1. Draft your bulk message**

Start a new bulk message, pick your recipients, and write the text. Follow the steps in [send a bulk message](https://docs.risponse.com/bulk-messaging/send-bulk-message.md).

**2. Choose a repeating schedule**

In the final review screen, pick the repeat option instead of sending once.

**3. Set how often and when**

Choose daily, weekly, or monthly, and set the time of day.

**4. Add a delay between messages**

Spread the sends out so they do not all leave at once.

**5. Confirm**

Check the preview and confirm. Risponse will run the series on its own.

## Manage a series

Open your scheduled messages and find the repeating ones.

* **Edit** to change the text, recipients, or timing.
* **Pause** to stop future runs. Messages already sent stay as they are.
* **Resume** to start the series again.
* **Delete** to remove it for good.

Each run appears in your [bulk message logs](https://docs.risponse.com/bulk-messaging/logs.md), so you can see what was delivered and what failed.

> [!TIP]
>
> Before a long series, check your [broadcast credits](https://docs.risponse.com/bulk-messaging/broadcast-credits.md). Every run uses credits, and a run may fail if you have none left.
